At RAWk your BODy Fitness and Nutrition my primary passion is for you to fall in love with your ability to move, feel energized, eat healthier, eat cleaner, love a challenge, set a goal, love your body, love life and to support and help each other and give back. nikki_closeupNikki Kamphuis is the Owner, Program Director and Conditioning Coach for the RAWk your BODy Group Fitness & Bootcamp program. Nikki has been operating group bootcamps for over 5 years in Scarborough and has helped many to transform their bodies and lifestyles. She started RAWk Your Body in January 2011. Nikki is a MASTER TRAINER for Lebert Fitness Systems and is also a Lululemon Run Ambassador for the Scarborough Town Centre location. Nikki was selected out of 100’s of applicants Nationwide, as a top 3 finalist from a judging panel for the CanFitPro Fitness Professional of the Year for 2009. Her passion for fitness is clearly prevalent in her teaching style and ability to create fun, exciting, challenging and ever changing group fitness programs for all fitness levels. You will love the energy and diversity of these workouts and the flexibility these classes offer.

RAWk your BODy proudly serves the Scarborough area with a FUN, Challenging and Creative group fitness & bootcamp program that has kept many members RAWKin for years. Members come from Pickering, Ajax, North and East York, Beaches, and Markham to attend these better then bootcamp workouts.
